My order went through fine, but the promo details at checkout weren’t very clear. I had to click around a bunch just to figure out what discount actually applied. I also reached out for help and got transferred around, which was annoying when I just wanted a simple answer.

"Nice earrings, frustrating checkout"
I found a pair of earrings I really liked and the site seemed easy to browse at first, but checkout was rough. It froze right after I entered my card details, and after refreshing twice, my cart was suddenly empty. Kind of a shame because the earrings looked great, but I ended up giving up. Not the best first experience.

I expected the customer service to be a lot more helpful. It took forever to get a reply, and when they finally did respond, they didn’t really solve my issue. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, just a basic fix, so it was frustrating

They’re really cute and looked nice on, but after a few hours my ears started getting itchy. I took them off right away just to be safe. If your skin is sensitive like mine, I’d be careful with these.

I was a bit confused when my package arrived because the item inside wasn’t what I actually ordered. From my point of view, it seems like it may have just been a mix-up during packing, but it was still disappointing since I was expecting the correct product.

"Tracking was a little confusing"
The order itself was fine, but yeah, the tracking was kind of frustrating. It didn’t really update much and stayed on the same status for a few days, which was a bit confusing. Then all of a sudden it moved again. I did get my stuff in the end, so that was good, but I just wish the tracking updates had been clearer.

"Pretty bracelet, but the clasp makes me nervous"
I really wanted to love this bracelet because it does look nice on, but the clasp is the part I just can’t get past. I wore it out and it popped open twice, which is kind of stressful because then you’re checking your wrist every few minutes instead of just enjoying wearing it. After that, I didn’t feel comfortable putting it on for daily use. It’s a shame because the style is cute, but the clasp just doesn’t feel secure enough. I did reach out to customer service, but their response didn’t really solve anything, so I’m left feeling disappointed.

"Warranty seems decent, but you have to read between the lines"
I really do like the jewelry, and the warranty was part of why I decided to order from Hey Harper. It’s reassuring that they offer some kind of coverage, but I did feel like I had to read between the lines a bit to figure out what’s actually covered. Some of it seems like it depends on the specific situation. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I hoped. Overall not a bad experience, I just think the warranty details could be spelled out more clearly.

"Nice pieces, but the sizing felt off"
I ordered a few things from Hey Harper the jewelry looks really nice. No complaints about the style or quality. The fit was kind of hit or miss for me though. The ring felt smaller than my usual size, and the bracelet was tighter than I expected. I used their sizing guide, so that part was weird. Maybe I measured wrong, but I wish the sizing info was a bit clearer. I still wear the pieces sometimes, but the fit wasn’t perfect for me.

"Confusing and hard to use on my phone"
I tried using the site on my phone and it was frustrating. Pages were loading slow, the menu felt all over the place, and when I tried to filter items it kept jumping around or showing things I didn’t even click.
What made it more confusing was the website would say one thing, but then the next page or checkout step seemed to show something different. Checkout made me go back twice, and by that point I just gave up before placing an order.

"Nice to see a jewelry brand cutting down on waste"
I ordered from Hey Harper because I’ve been trying to move away from the kind of cheap jewelry I used to buy with my sister and then toss after a few months when it turned green. Their whole idea of longer-lasting, waterproof pieces really appealed to me, and so far the rings do feel sturdy enough that I won’t be replacing them anytime soon.
The packaging was simple too, which I appreciated since I hate getting a tiny item buried in tons of extra wrapping. I do wish they were a bit more upfront on the site about materials and sourcing, though. Overall, I think it’s a good step in the right direction, even if there’s still room to improve

"Honestly, not really worth it for me"
I mean, I just don’t really feel like the value is there, you know? The prices seem kind of high for what you actually get, and I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit more worth it. The stuff definitely looks nice online, like it kind of pulls you in, but once I actually paid and got it, it just didn’t feel like a good deal to me. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless the prices came way down.

I wore it in the shower a few times and it started looking worn quickly. I’ve had similar pieces before that held up better with occasional water exposure, so I was a little disappointed with how fast this one started looking bad.

"Easy enough return"
I had to send back a bracelet because it didn’t fit quite right, which feels like how bracelets always go for me. The refund took a few days, but it came through with no issues. Support got back to me quickly too, and returns are usually a whole hassle, so overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Nice items, but shipping took way too long"
I ordered from heyharper.com the items were nice, like they were nice enough and I’m happy with them overall. But the shipping was really slow. It said it would only take a few days, and mine ended up taking almost two weeks. I kept checking the tracking over and over, but there really weren’t many updates, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but for the price, I was expecting the delivery to be faster...
